Simply browse our products, select the size and quantity you want, upload your photo, and add to cart. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed.

We accept JPG, PNG and WebP photos up to 15MB each. iPhone photos are converted to JPG automatically when you choose them on your phone. For the best print quality, use photos at least 600×600 pixels — we'll let you know if a photo looks too low-resolution. Avoid heavily cropped or digitally zoomed photos.

Yes! After uploading, each photo shows as a square preview of your magnet. Tap Edit to crop, zoom, rotate or replace it — the dashed guide shows the print-safe area so faces and text aren't trimmed. You'll review all your photos before adding them to your cart.

We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, or you can pay in instalments with Afterpay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our website.

Each order is made by hand within 2–4 business days, then delivered in 1–3 business days in the North Island or 2–5 business days in the South Island (rural addresses can take 1–2 days longer). See our Shipping Policy for details.

Standard shipping anywhere in New Zealand is a flat $7.99 NZD, and it's FREE on orders over $50 NZD.

Yes, once your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

We offer a range of sizes including 5x5cm, 7x7cm, 10x10cm, and our popular 10x15cm photo strip. Custom sizes may be available — contact us for details.

Our magnets feature a high-quality glossy or matte printed surface laminated onto a flexible magnetic backing. They're durable, water-resistant, and built to last on your fridge for years.

Our magnets are suitable for general household use but are not recommended as toys for children under 3. The magnetic backing is flexible, not a hard choking hazard, but as with all small items, keep them out of reach of very young children.

We want you to love your magnets! If there's a quality issue or we made an error, we'll reprint or refund your order — no questions asked. Please email us at orders@mementomagnets.com with a photo of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

Because every order is custom-made to your specifications, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a defect or error on our part, we'll always make it right.
